Those who need a U.S.-based sending entity are encouraged to consider Reaching Japan Together (RJT) as your sending agency. Other alternatives, such as being sent directly by a local church, also exist.

Appointment Process

Also indicate whether or not you already have a specific placement, sending entity, or both, and whether you are a new missionary or are already serving in Japan and would be joining from within Japan.

RJTA is broadly interdenominational so can accommodate a wide range of new and experienced missionaries from the broad array of charismatic and non-charismatic Protestant backgrounds as long as people share the same core beliefs regarding salvation and acknowledge the Bible as God's word.
